MY JOURNEY

Early Years in Massapequa, New York - John Cardis grew up in Massapequa, New York, in a family of four with his mom, dad, and sister Melissa. After his parents divorced, the family faced significant financial difficulties, including losing heat in their house during winter. This challenging period ignited John’s determination to succeed and make money.

From a young age, John displayed an entrepreneurial spirit, starting small businesses such as selling trading cards and candy, mowing lawns, and shoveling snow. These early ventures taught him valuable lessons about hard work, customer service, and business basics, fueling his passion for entrepreneurship.

Move to Florida and Transformation - In 2018, John moved to Florida for the final two years of college. That August, he gave his life to Jesus, leading to a profound transformation. During this time, he met his first real mentor, JR Rivera, who taught him the concept of the Power of Free. This mentorship eventually led John to write his first book, “Leveraging the Power of Free.”

Professional Journey in Sales (2015-2022) - John began his professional journey in sales in 2015, starting with insurance and cold calling before moving into online high-ticket sales. He developed a reputation as a top performer at a company called AstroFlipping while attending college full-time. In 2020, New Reach Education recognized his talents and promoted him to management, tasking him with building Subto with Pace Morby. Over two years, John grew the sales team from $0 to $20 million per year in revenue. During this time, he left Boca Raton, Florida, and moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to continue scaling the company.

RevenueLaunch - On January 4th, 2022, John founded RevenueLaunch, a company dedicated to scaling the revenue of high-ticket course creators. RevenueLaunch combines the art of motivating and loving people with the science of mastering systems, data, and processes to create a Predictable Revenue Machine. They have successfully scaled over 100 brands in the high-ticket education space, training and recruiting more than 500 high-ticket sales reps and generating over $50 million in total revenue.
RevenueLaunch specializes in investigating a company with a fine-tooth comb, diagnosing what is missing or needed to allow for scaling. The vision for scaling is compared against their experience in working with the most successful companies in the online coaching space.

Austin, Texas - In July 2023, John moved to Austin, Texas, attributing the move to God’s hand. It was during this time, while hiking and talking to the Lord, that he conceived the ideas for Kingdom Vision Group and the Jesus In Business Podcast.

Jesus In Business Podcast  - In July 2024, John launched the Jesus In Business Podcast with a mission to showcase how Jesus has helped successful entrepreneurs build their businesses. The podcast focuses on personal testimonies, overcoming challenges, and the role of faith in the business world. The vision of the podcast is to inspire 100,000 entrepreneurs to give their lives and businesses to Christ, creating a ripple effect that funds the kingdom and leads more people to Jesus through influential Christian entrepreneurs.

Kingdom Vision Group - Driven by his mission to integrate faith into business, John founded Kingdom Vision Group. This parent company is a portfolio of companies, either owned 100% by the group or partnered with other Kingdom business owners. The group partners with businesses inspired by God, offering them the capital and consulting expertise they need to thrive. His vision is to build a network of Kingdom entrepreneurs who run their businesses with a higher purpose, creating enterprises that advance the Kingdom of God and are financially successful and spiritually impactful.

Ongoing Journey - John continues to inspire others to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams with a higher purpose. He credits God for all his successes and maintains unwavering faith throughout his journey. Through his various ventures and initiatives, John remains dedicated to advancing God’s kingdom through business.
